Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Growth team members to manage customer deliverables and expectations.
  • Coordinate timelines and agendas.
  • Create customer communication.
  • Manage project management for multiple customers.
  • Research, organize and prioritize solutions for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer success.
