Customer Service - Account Coordinator - Hybrid

This position is eligible for hybrid (in office/remote work) after training is completed. Training takes 3-6 months, and the hybrid schedule includes 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in manufacturing or printing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide communication links between the customer, design, production, sales, and outside vendors.
- Manage all aspects of customer orders; including, but not limited to estimating, quoting, purchasing, order entry, building relationships, invoicing, managing inventory levels, and job costing
- This position does provide coverage for the Receptionist when on vacation or work breaks.
