Requirements

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
You have strong problem-solving skills and can handle fast-paced operations
You’re proactive and capable of working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
You have the flexibility to work after-hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
You communicate effectively and have the relationship-building skills to support and delight customers
You’re eager to learn and grow within the logistics and freight industry

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to support customer relationships and manage day-to-day operational needs
Own daily account operations — from quoting to invoicing — ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Strategically accept or reject freight to maximize profitability
Manage load boards, coverage decisions, escalations, and timely issue resolution
Ensure successful scheduling and optimize for coverable time
Handle internal and external escalations and resolve service issues efficiently
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each account and escalate recurring concerns or service trends to leadership
Monitor and manage billing processes, rates, fuel surcharges, and resolve any related issues
