About The Position

The Account Coordinator serves as a quality-focused member of the Brokerage Transaction Services team, ensuring marketing deliverables meet BTS standards for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and professional presentation prior to agent release. While initially focused on quality assurance and production support, this role is designed to develop the skills and business knowledge necessary to assume increasing account management responsibilities and serve as a primary liaison for agents as the organization grows.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Account Coordination, Marketing Communications, in a creative agency, marketing department or within the commercial real estate or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing complex, detail-intensive documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional proofreading, editing, and quality control skills.
  • Advanced ability to identify inconsistencies, errors, omissions, and formatting issues across large documents.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on agent satisfaction.
  • Experience using task management systems such as Asana or Jira in a professional setting.
  • Strong technical proficiency across digital platforms.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and proactive problem solver who can navigate complex situations and provide solutions quickly.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate terminology or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of Broker Opinion of Value (BOV), Offering Memorandum (OM), Financial Analysis (FA), and other marketing deliverables prior to agent release.
  • Validate property information, ownership details, addresses, statistics, and supporting documentation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Review investment copy, market overviews, demographics, and supporting content for grammar, formatting, consistency, and adherence to BTS standards.
  • Verify all requested revisions have been accurately completed before final delivery.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with company branding, presentation standards, disclosures, licensing requirements, and applicable compliance guidelines.
  • Identify quality issues, omissions, and inconsistencies and collaborate with Designers, Financial Analysts, Investment Copywriters, and Account Coordinators to resolve them efficiently.
  • Maintain quality control checklists, review procedures, and best practices to support production excellence.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate data across all relevant systems and tools.
  • Monitor project progress and generate clear, articulate reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure reporting reflects current status, key milestones, and any risks or delays, enabling informed decision-making and proactive support.
