About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and casualty construction clients.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial property and casualty insurance.
- Familiarity with insurance carriers and the insurance market.
- Proficiency in data entry and policy management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Nice To Haves
- Experience specifically within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of insurance policy issuance and endorsement processes.
- Experience with client billing and invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and send renewal solicitations; coordinate client update calls with insurance carriers.
- Assist with marketing contractor renewals and project specific business.
- Prepare client presentation and proposal materials.
- Prepare insurance summaries and confirmations of insurance.
- Input data and information into systems and maintain the accuracy and completeness of policy management systems.
- Manage policy and endorsement issuance process including reviewing quotes, binders, and policies for accuracy and filing appropriately.
- Prepare invoices and manage tasks related to client billing.
- Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.
