About The Position

OSL is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join their team as Account Consultants for Multi-Dwelling Units, working with their client Bell Canada. Bell Canada provides world-class entertainment and communication services across Canada. This role is ideal for motivated, results-driven individuals with a passion for achieving goals. OSL Direct offers a competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure, with top performers earning close to six figures annually. Access to a vehicle is required for this role. OSL provides tools for success such as a smartphone, tablet, business cards, branded clothing, and Salesforce CRM. Comprehensive training on Bell products and services, job shadowing, and ongoing coaching are provided. Requirements

  • A flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

  • Using a variety of marketing strategies, including kiosk events, presentations, and face-to-face canvassing, drive the sale of Bell's full suite of residential products (Bell Fibe TV, Internet, Home phone, Bell Smart Home, and Bell Mobility) to customers in apartment and condominium buildings.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with various building stakeholders (e.g., superintendents, property managers, resident managers) to ensure Bell services are presented to all prospective residents.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
  • Utilize the Salesforce CRM system for territory and funnel management.
