About The Position

This position will perform tasks that establish and maintain vendor/accounts payable records by entering invoice data and processing transactions including imaging. Serve as a liaison and provide customer service between various vendors and the University community.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate a computer and be comfortable with data entry
  • Two courses in high school accounting or a college entry level accounting course offered by college or six months experience in an accounting-related office environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with 10-key style data entry

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of inventory and purchasing systems preferred
  • Knowledge of Lawson or Banner ERP systems
