About The Position

CCS Fundraising is a strategic fundraising firm that helps nonprofits achieve transformational change. Since 1947, we have partnered with leading organizations across sectors to plan and deliver fundraising programs that advance their missions. Today, more than 600 CCS professionals across 18 offices support over 700 nonprofit organizations each year. CCS is entering an exciting chapter of growth, with new investment in business intelligence, technology, and an enterprise-wide Growth Office. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how a highly respected, mission-driven firm brings modern growth capabilities to its regions and clients. The Account-Based Marketing Manager role is a high-impact growth enablement position at the center of CCS's regional and enterprise marketing and business development efforts. You will partner with regional leaders, business development, sellers, and the central Marketing team to translate agreed market, sector, account, and pipeline priorities into focused campaigns, seller-ready tools, and high-quality opportunities. Each Account-Based Marketing Manager will support one of CCS’s four revenue regions and serve as the primary Growth COE liaison for that region. You will bring together marketing, business intelligence, events, regional operations, sector and market subject-matter experts, and external production resources to help sellers create more conversations and win more business.

Requirements

  • Experience in professional services, management consulting, or another relationship-led B2B environment.
  • Experience building account-based or multi-touch campaigns that support complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • A strong commercial orientation: you can connect market, client, sector, and pipeline intelligence to design practical campaigns and seller action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated credibility partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed or decentralized organization.
  • Strong project leadership and the ability to move several programs forward at once through internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • A collaborative, accountable, and adaptable working style.
  • Must have the ability to travel independently to client locations throughout the assigned region, including outlying sites with limited or no access to public transportation or commercial rideshare services.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the nonprofit or fundraising sector, or a genuine interest in the missions CCS clients advance.
  • Experience with Monday.com or a similar work-management platform.

Responsibilities

  • Regional growth activation. Build trusted relationships with regional executives, sellers, and regional strategy, marketing, operations, and business development teams; understand agreed market, sector, account, and pipeline priorities and translate them into focused marketing activation. Partner with appropriate practitioners and subject-matter experts to ensure activation reflects CCS’s expertise and right to win.
  • Annual Business Planning. Work with regional teams to inform annual marketing and business development plans, including market priorities, ROI-aligned resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Targeted demand generation. Design and guide 1:few account-based marketing and lead-nurture programs against agreed priority prospects, sectors, and markets, coordinating the appropriate intelligence, expertise, content, channels, and seller engagement.
  • Sales enablement. Equip sellers with relevant intelligence, executive briefings, messaging, campaign assets, SME expertise, and other tools that make outreach more relevant and effective against priority opportunities.
  • Cross-functional orchestration. Coordinate the right central and regional resources to deliver high-quality work on time. Activate the Growth Content COE to deliver assets and campaigns that meet regional needs, while orchestrating a warm handoff to the regional Strategy team with well-qualified leads for last-mile touch and local QC before activating a sales appointment.
  • Measurement and scale. Measure what generates engagement, appointments, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and wins; improve what works; distinguish scalable from bespoke approaches; and scale successful plays across regions. Partner closely with BI to meet all data and analysis needs.
  • Enterprise Collaboration. Work closely with the SVP, Growth Marketing, and three other regional Account-Based Marketing Managers, and Enterprise S&O, to elevate trends, bring successes to their region of responsibility, and ensure heavy coordination across the firm in all business pursuits.
