About The Position

CCS Fundraising is a strategic fundraising firm that helps nonprofits achieve transformational change. Since 1947, we have partnered with leading organizations across sectors to plan and deliver fundraising programs that advance their missions. Today, more than 600 CCS professionals across 18 offices support over 700 nonprofit organizations each year. CCS is entering an exciting chapter of growth, with new investment in business intelligence, technology, and an enterprise-wide Growth Office. The Solutions business at CCS has historically been small, representing about 5% of total revenue. The CCS leadership team views Solutions as an important opportunity for hyper acceleration and has made it a high priority, with increased investment and an objective of turning it into a growth engine for CCS moving forward. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how a highly respected, mission-driven firm brings modern Solutions to its clients, and to help design the go-to-market engine to propel Solutions’ growth. In close coordination with the Solutions leader, accelerate growth of the Solutions business at CCS, a highly strategic offering expected to be a key growth driver for the firm. By activating external and internal communications, targeting CCS clients and prospective clients, and building awareness and demand, drive new opportunities across CCS’s four regions. Turn enterprise and regional growth priorities into targeted marketing programs that create engagement, opportunities, and pipeline. This is a high-impact growth enablement role at the center of CCS's enterprise marketing and business development efforts. You will partner with the Solutions organization nationally, and with regional leaders, business development, sellers, and the central Marketing team to translate agreed market, sector, account, and pipeline priorities into focused campaigns, seller-ready tools, and high-quality opportunities. As the Account-Based Marketing Manager, you will support CCS’s highest priority offering across the entire firm and serve as the primary Growth Office liaison for that business unit. You will not be expected to do it alone. You will bring together marketing, business intelligence, events, regional operations, sector and market subject-matter experts, and external production resources to help sellers create more conversations and win more business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, sales enablement, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Experience in professional services, management consulting, or another relationship-led B2B environment.
  • Experience building account-based or multi-touch campaigns that support complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • A strong commercial orientation: you can connect market, client, sector, and pipeline intelligence to design practical campaigns and seller action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated credibility partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed or decentralized organization.
  • Strong project leadership and the ability to move several programs forward at once through internal teams and external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
  • A collaborative, accountable, and adaptable working style.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the nonprofit or fundraising sector, or a genuine interest in the missions CCS clients advance.
  • Experience with Monday.com or a similar work-management platform.
  • Experience with technology solutions or in hi-tech environments.

Responsibilities

  • Solutions growth activation. Build trusted relationships within Solutions and with regional executives, sellers, and regional strategy, marketing, operations, and business development teams; understand agreed market, sector, account, and pipeline priorities and translate them into focused marketing activation. Partner with appropriate practitioners and subject-matter experts to ensure activation reflects CCS’s expertise and right to win.
  • Annual Business Planning. Work with Solutions and regional teams to inform annual marketing and business development plans, including market priorities, ROI-aligned resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Targeted demand generation. Design and guide account-based marketing and lead-nurture programs against agreed priority prospects, sectors, and markets, coordinating the appropriate intelligence, expertise, content, channels, and seller engagement. Transition prospects into well-qualified, marketing-originated, near-sales-ready leads, that are incremental to each region’s own demand sources.
  • Sales enablement. Equip sellers with relevant intelligence, executive briefings, messaging, campaign assets, SME expertise, and other tools that make outreach more relevant and effective against priority opportunities.
  • Cross-functional orchestration. Coordinate the right central and regional resources, along with the Solutions team, to deliver high-quality work on time. Activate the Growth Content COE to deliver assets and campaigns that meet Solutions and regional needs, while orchestrating a warm handoff to the regional Strategy team with well-qualified leads for last-mile touch and local QC before activating a sales appointment.
  • Measurement and scale. Measure what generates engagement, appointments, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and wins; improve what works; distinguish scalable from bespoke approaches; and scale successful plays across regions; partner closely with BI to secure all data and analysis needs.
  • Enterprise Collaboration. Work closely with the SVP, Growth Marketing, the Solutions organization, and four regional Account-Based Marketing Managers, and Enterprise S&O, to elevate trends, bring Solutions success to their region of responsibility, and ensure heavy coordination across the firm in all business pursuits
