About The Position

Ideals is a global B2B SaaS product company recognized as the most highly rated and customer-centric brand in the secure business collaboration market. Trusted by over 2,000,000 business users at 300,000 companies worldwide, our data room platform powers hundreds of billion-dollar M&A deals every day for the world's top investment banks, advisory firms, and corporate dealmakers. Working in close partnership with Sales and the wider Marketing organization, you will design how Ideals runs account-based marketing for our highest-value accounts, delivering a robust ABM framework and playbooks that regional teams transform into sharp, locally resonant programs for Tier 1 accounts. This is an architect-level role: account-selection logic and scoring, buying-committee maps, campaign and program frameworks, the attribution model, account planning, and the dashboards that give Leadership, Sales, and Marketing real-time visibility. You'll also work closely with regional Integrated Campaigns, Digital, Product Marketing, and Content, driving ABM readiness into each team's deliverables so account programs launch effectively and land more consistently. This is a strategy role tied to meaningful deliverables. You will help shape the regional plan and then oversee how teams are running it, designing full-funnel, account-focused programs that combine digital, ABM, BDM plays, content, digital and high-impact in-person and virtual events, ensuring every touchpoint is sequenced to drive meetings, opportunities, and revenue. We're looking for someone who has built ABM as a discipline before.

Requirements

  • 3+ years dedicated to ABM, within 5–6+ years across demand generation and/or field marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of how buying committees, deal cycles, and marketing's role change at that motion transition to enterprise
  • Built ICPs and comprehensive account plans: account selection frameworks, tiering logic, account research, stakeholder mapping, and entry/expansion plays
  • Full-funnel channel fluency across digital (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, programmatic display) and offline (premium hospitality, executive dinners, strategic gifting), and judgment on when each earns its place
  • Ran intent-driven, highly targeted digital programs: activating intent and engagement signals into personalized campaigns rather than broad audience buys
  • Genuine budget accountability: a dollars-in/dollars-out operator who decides when a cost-efficient tactic wins and when white-glove treatment is justified, backed by pipeline and revenue data
  • Deep cross-functional muscle with field sales: co-building account lists, event pipelines, and campaign plays; running joint account planning and holding both sides to shared targets
  • Partnered with Sales Enablement and Integrated Campaigns, Content and Product Marketing to arm Sales with ABM-driven plays, content, and talk tracks that convert engagement into meetings

Responsibilities

  • Define segment priorities, target accounts, and shared marketing priorities that drive pipeline.
  • Set the shared account-planning model and hold both sides to common targets.
  • Design account-selection frameworks, tiering logic, research approach, and stakeholder mapping, and translate them, with Sales, into a unified account-planning framework used across teams and regions.
  • Identify and close gaps across data intelligence, account data, and buying-committee mapping, defining the data foundation the ABM lifecycle depends on.
  • Design a repeatable ABM lifecycle, from account selection and data pipeline through orchestration, personalization, and measurement.
  • Deliver personalized, multi-channel campaign frameworks and playbooks-digital, ABM activations, webinars, executive events, follow-up - built to be executed by integrated campaign managers and other marketers, alongside a reusable "knowledge bank" of modular assets and talk tracks.
  • Set ABM readiness across content, digital, and product marketing so campaigns launch faster and land more consistently.
  • Support account and contact-level dashboards, defining how success is measured: by intentional, sequenced engagement and pipeline influence.
