About The Position

Responsible for providing customer service and administrative/operational support to assist the service team in supporting new and existing accounts. This role is operational in nature and focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely execution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Two (2) or more years related work experience
  • Valid Insurance License
  • Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Intermediate typing skills (30 - 35 wpm)
  • Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Creates prospect and customer files on shared files
  • Assists with the implementation of the off-system client workbook and review of in-house build workbooks
  • Track required client materials and documentation for implementation of plans/products/marketing communication/files
  • Provide administrative training on the benefit admin sites that clients will utilize day to day
  • Perform any audit discrepancies within the system and external carrier discrepancies
  • Support Account Executives with the preparation of new client implementation and renewals
  • Scheduling touchpoint calls with the client to ensure that all discrepancies and/or issues are being addressed
  • Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
