About The Position

NineTwoThree AI Studio is a remote-first product design, engineering, and marketing studio founded in 2012 and based in Boston. They build AI-powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast-moving startups. The Account Manager for the Automation Team acts as the primary customer advocate, ensuring clients receive maximum value from their engagement and serving as the main escalation point for project decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the outreach and segmentation of our existing lead flow to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct discovery calls that translate vague business problems into specific AI-driven technical requirements.
  • Evaluate client data and objectives to determine if a solution is both technically possible and economically viable before the proposal stage.
  • Lead the transition of projects from initial interest into high-velocity 2-week "stress tests" to prove technical viability.
  • Draft detailed Statements of Work in PandaDoc that define clear milestones, technical deliverables, and success metrics for AI implementations.
  • Manage all leads, following up 3+ times, and maintaining daily accuracy on the HubSpot Kanban board.
  • Serve as the sole point of contact for all client communications, providing weekly updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Help clients look beyond current projects to book out 30-90 day roadmaps for every client under contract, ensuring continuous value delivery.
  • Use our automated AI call-scoring system to ensure every interaction meets NineTwoThree’s high standards for strategic alignment and relationship building.
  • Utilize Monday.com to organize tasks, sprints, and timelines across Action Item, Deliverable, and Development boards.
  • Assist in creating HubSpot workflows, automations, and managing platform settings to optimize the sales process.
  • Utilize Claude code for automations and workflow simplification.
