Responsible for client retention and the day-to-day account management for Employee Benefit clients. The work involves an emphasis on client interactions in both written and verbal communications as well as providing support to the Employee Benefits Team. This position will assist in overall operational initiatives in support of the Company’s overall plan. Focus is on improving operational efficiencies and ensuring a superior client experience. This position can either sit in our South Glens Falls, NY or Latham, NY office.
