This position oversees the setup, maintenance, and optimization of client access platforms, CRM tools, workflow automation, reporting structures, and operational processes that support daily productivity across CAM, Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance. The Administrator partners with cross functional teams to understand operational challenges, streamline workflows, strengthen data governance, and support ongoing process improvements. By managing sensitive client information, PHI requirements, user access, reporting, and system performance, the Client Systems Administrator contributes directly to service quality, compliance, and overall organizational efficiency.
