About The Position

This role ensures smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and accurate account management for some of our most valued healthcare partners. What You'll Do Serve as the primary administrative support for Account Managers and their client portfolios. Manage account documentation, contracts, and compliance records. Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and issue resolution between clients and internal teams. Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for account reviews. Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate CRM records. Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with operations, finance, and sales teams to deliver seamless service. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative support. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
