The Accommodations Consultant supports the Global People Solutions team, serving as the primary contact for employees navigating workplace accommodations operations globally and provides guidance and expertise to the Accommodations operations team. This role additionally balances day-to-day case management with project work, driving continuous improvement and ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience. The Consultant will partner closely with Legal, Employee Relations, People Business Partners, and business leaders, while helping to elevate team capability and operational excellence. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
