The Behavior Analyst Certification Board®, Inc. (BACB®) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1998 to provide professional credentialing services for practitioners of behavior analysis services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling ADA accommodation requests.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe software, and CRM systems.
  • ADA Certification or successful completion of ADA Certification within 180 days of employment.
  • Candidates must have the ability to work unrestricted in the U.S.
  • The BACB does not offer visa sponsorship of any kind.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required after the offer of employment.
  • The BACB uses the E-Verify system during the hiring process to confirm employment eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and management of exam accommodations from initial request to closure.
  • Processing and management of exam appeals from initial request to closure.
  • Collaboration with exam delivery vendor to implement specific accommodation plans.
  • Maintain centralized tracking system for exam accommodations and appeals.
  • Develop and maintain candidate facing resources to support the accommodations and appeal processes.
  • Create and provide reports for exam accommodations and appeals.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements with accommodations and provide updates to leadership of changes for liability mitigation.
  • Assist with quality assurance and technical enhancements for the team and department.
  • Other duties as assigned.
