About The Position

Radco is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to lead a team in an automotive accessory store. The role involves selling accessories, driving sales and installation results, and ensuring excellent guest service to create lasting customer relationships. A passion for the automotive industry is desired, and while prior automotive experience is a plus, it is not required as outstanding training opportunities are available. The Store Manager is responsible for fostering an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment, overseeing hiring, training, and development of team members, and managing store operations, including work schedules and team member matters.

Responsibilities

Leading Team Members in selling and installing accessories to Guests.
Achieving sales goals and driving results with sales.
Ensuring professional installations that are done right the first time.
Consistently creating excellent experiences in the store for Guests.
Building strong relationships with commercial and fleet accounts.
Overseeing the hiring, training, and development of sales and installation Team Members.
Monitoring and handling Store work schedules, Team Member related matters, and anything else related to the Radco Store operation.
Creating an upbeat, energetic, and professional environment for our Team and our Guests.
