About The Position

As an Accessory Installer, you will work with vehicles produced by well-known automotive and heavy equipment manufacturers and may work with the latest vehicles and technology. The role involves installing new vehicle accessories specified by customers, including remote tailgate locks, lighted running boards, illuminated kick plates, step-rails, splash guards, camper shells, decals, and bed liners.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow detailed written training instructions for accessory installation.
• Willingness to walk and stand for much of the day.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of 50 feet, including overhead lifting.
• Ability to climb to and work at heights of up to 15 feet.
• Sufficient hand dexterity and strength to fasten, insert, and remove bolts, machine parts, and pins, and to operate and withstand the impact and vibration of electric and air-powered power tools.
