About The Position
Platinum Ford is looking for an experienced Accessories Manager to lead and grow our vehicle accessories department. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a department with strong support, a large customer base, and significant growth potential.
Requirements
- Automotive accessories management experience preferred
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Experience with inventory control and vendor management
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Nice To Haves
- Ford experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the accessories department
- Increase accessory sales through service, sales, and customer-pay opportunities
- Build and maintain vendor relationships
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Develop accessory packages and merchandising strategies
- Train staff and create processes that drive profitability
- Monitor department performance and gross profit
