About The Position

This role is responsible for building various countertop components, preparing items for shipping, operating equipment, and ensuring order accuracy. The position requires the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a safe and positive environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to safety protocols. Participation in daily production meetings and the use of personal protective equipment are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

Ability to stand on a solid surface for the duration of the shift.
Ability to work individually or with other employees as assigned acting responsibly and maintaining a positive work environment.
Observe all the safety rules.
Use personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and hearing protection, as required.

Responsibilities

Build end caps, edging, end splashes, and back splashes for countertops.
Box and prepare items for shipping.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Verify laminate amounts, gather orders, and process orders in IFS.
Complete quality checks and checklists as required.
Act responsibly and maintain a positive work environment while working individually or with other employees.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Observe all safety rules.
Participate in daily production meetings.
Use personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and hearing protection, as required.
