Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must have a minimum of three years of customer service experience and telephone operator experience.
- Must be proficient in computer applications.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
- Minimum 1- year experience in building automation systems.
- Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
Responsibilities
- Operates and monitors all building automation systems and alarms.
- Serves as a general substitute as a centralized dispatcher and administrative coordinator.
- Operates and performs all telecommunications and clerical duties.
- Performs code paging, provides patient information, and operates multiple position switchboards to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
