The Access Specialist serves as the organization's first point of contact. This is a remote position in Indiana and the ability to be on call is required. The incumbent is responsible for managing and directing all incoming calls, scheduling assessment appointments and intakes, and managing referrals for new clients in Indiana's various behavioral health programs. Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service and adaptability. Requirements

• High School diploma
• Driver License
• Excellent customer service skills
• Adaptability
