About The Position

Nebraska Medicine is seeking an Access Innovation Advisor to lead projects and analysis focused on optimizing patient access within ambulatory clinics. This role involves identifying opportunities to enhance ambulatory capacity utilization, improve scheduling efficiency, manage patient volume, facilitate the onboarding of call center appointment scheduling, and boost patient, provider, and staff satisfaction. Requirements

  • Five years of experience, including serving as a technical or operational expert for a group of employees, analyzing data to solve problems, and providing guidance or assistance to staff on non-routine or escalated issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an ambulatory clinic healthcare environment.
  • Project management experience within an academic medical center environment.
  • Experience within Epic Cadence environment.
  • Master's degree in health information management, health administration, business, or a healthcare-related field.
