This position works under supervision to support the clinic's patient resource needs and ensure comprehensive data collection. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting patient interviews, scheduling follow-up appointments, maintaining cash drawer operations, answering appointment calls and voicemails, and completing work queues in a timely manner. Additionally, the Access Coordinator II is responsible for completing recall appointments for visits and assisting with clinic closing duties.
