About The Position

Manages the creation, issuance, and maintenance of identification badges, ensuring security compliance and excellent customer service. Creates, issues, and maintains identification badges for employees, contractors, visitors, and other personnel, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborates with security teams to manage and update access levels in the access control system, ensuring a secure and organized badging system and compliance with policies and security protocols. Assists with audits and reviews of access control records, generating reports as needed for audits and compliance checks. Provides excellent customer service when handling badge requests, inquiries, and troubleshooting badge-related issues. Collaborates with HR, IS, and other departments to ensure efficient and effective badge management and access control. Maintains and updates records of issued badges and personnel information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize shifting needs.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, database management, badge software).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing security protocols and operational needs.
  • Customer service and administrative support experience, required.
