About The Position

Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) provides flight test engineering, programmatic, and administrative support to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and is the cognizant authority for Test and Evaluation (T&E) with participation in all phases of the air weapon systems life cycle management for manned and unmanned fixed wing, rotary wing, aerial and lighter-than-air vehicles. This position provides access control and security of the flight line and hangars. Job schedule is part time, 2pm to 6pm.

Requirements

HS Degree or GED equivalent
Secret security clearance
Computer skills to include Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Control access to the hangars, monitor the flight line and entries to the hangars via camera systems and physical inspection in compliance with Air Force Instruction AFI 31-101, OPNAV INST 5530.14E, OPNAVINST 5530.13D, and ICS 705-1
Provide roving assessment support throughout various squadron compound areas including the unprotected water access at Squadron Hangars. Roving access control support is also required for both AA&E storage and sensitive program space certification.
