Requirements
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
- 2+ years of directly relevant experience required.
- Proficient communicative skill across spoken, writing domains, adequate auditory and visual skills
- Attention to detail and ability to write legibly and compose messages clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic updates with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling across a variety of specialty and primary care services
- Communicate directly with patients and families, providing clear guidance on processes, expectations, and next steps
- Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and fellow access staff to resolve complex scheduling or registration challenges
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while prioritizing both patient care and compliance standards
