About The Position

The Accelerator Program Analyst supports Ohio State’s innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem by coordinating student programs, facilitating ideation experiences, and managing accelerator operations. This role works on projects of moderate scope and complexity, applying general industry knowledge and professional experience to deliver high‑quality programming. The Analyst receives general guidance from senior staff and may receive more detailed instruction when supporting new initiatives. Work is reviewed for sound reasoning, accuracy, and alignment with established program parameters. Some evening and weekend hours are required; when these occur, flexibility in normal working hours is provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field
• 2 years’ experience working with startup companies and founders
• Experience facilitating workshops or courses
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, with flexibility in normal working hours when these occur
