About The Position

SE Ventures is a $1B+ venture capital platform backed by Schneider Electric, investing globally in category-defining companies across Energy Intelligence, Industrial Intelligence, and Enterprise AI. Beyond capital, SE Ventures brings a differentiated model: combining venture investing with direct access to Schneider Electric’s global customer ecosystem, deep domain expertise, and operational capabilities. This enables startups to accelerate commercialization—not just build products. About the Accelerator Platform The SE Ventures Accelerator is a highly selective, founder-first program designed to help exceptional pre-seed startups reach product–market fit and early commercial traction. Unlike traditional, curriculum-driven accelerators, our model is: Bespoke and execution-focused: each company follows a tailored path based on its specific barriers to product–market fit Enterprise-backed: startups engage directly with Schneider Electric and AVEVA stakeholders to validate real-world use cases Commercially driven: emphasis on pilots, customer engagements, and revenue pathways—not just mentorship Selective by design: small cohorts to maximize depth of support and outcomes Over a 12-week program, founders receive capital, expert mentorship, and structured access to a global ecosystem of customers, partners, and investors to accelerate their journey to product–market fit. The Role We are seeking an Accelerator leader – North America to lead and scale this platform from Silicon Valley.
