About The Position

The Accelerated Path to Management Program at New York Life is designed for individuals with sales or managerial experience, business ownership backgrounds, or an MBA who are looking to transition into a management role. The program begins with a year as a financial professional, focusing on sales, client relationships, and product knowledge. Following successful completion of this phase and meeting specific requirements, participants enter a six-month intensive Associate Partner training program. This training prepares them to lead and build a team of financial professionals, with ongoing opportunities for growth and promotion within the company's management structure.

Requirements

• Sales or managerial experience in another industry.
• Previous business ownership.
• MBA or other equivalent degree.
• Hold securities licenses and FINRA registrations.
• Affiliate with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative before offering investment products.
• Meet specific requirements during the first 12 months as a financial professional to enter the Associate Partner training program.
