About The Position

New York Life will invest in your development, providing training in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management. The program starts with a foundational role as a financial professional, where you will learn to sell products, build client relationships, and meet specific performance criteria. Following successful completion of the initial phase, you will enter a six-month intensive management training program focused on recruiting and coaching others. This program offers a clear path for growth into increasingly senior management roles within the company.

Requirements

Sales or managerial experience in another industry.
Previous experience running your own business.
An MBA or other equivalent degree.
Ability to obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations.
Affiliation with NYLIFE Securities as a registered representative.

Responsibilities

Learn and execute sales strategies for New York Life products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet performance requirements to transition into a management role.
Participate in a six-month intensive training program for management success.
Learn to recruit and coach financial professionals.
Understand and utilize digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools.
Develop expertise in a range of insurance and financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, and investment products.
Obtain necessary securities licenses and FINRA registrations.
Lead and build a team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner.
