About The Position

Turn ambition into momentum through Nemacolin’s Accelerated Leadership Development Program. Beginning in June of 2027, this immersive, 12-month paid experience is designed for emerging professionals ready to build the skills, perspective, and relationships that can shape a career in luxury hospitality. Through hands-on rotations, leadership development, mentorship, and collaboration, you will experience the operation from multiple perspectives while preparing to take the next step toward leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, business, or a related field preferred
• Recent college or university graduate, or emerging professional with relevant education or experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability and willingness to work within multiple operational environments throughout the program
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as business needs require
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to begin with the June 2027 Accelerated Leadership Development Program cohort

Responsibilities

• Experience the operation from multiple perspectives while preparing to take the next step toward leadership.
• Build skills, perspective, and relationships that can shape a career in luxury hospitality.
• Engage in hands-on rotations in areas such as food and beverage, lodging operations, front desk, housekeeping, reservations, stewarding, banquets, butler services, and event planning.
• Participate in a blended development experience including on-the-job learning, coursework, leadership development, mentoring, and peer collaboration.
• Gain exposure to real-world resort operations and interconnected disciplines.
• Learn from experienced leaders and hospitality professionals.
• Contribute fresh ideas and new possibilities through curiosity and collaboration.
• Develop a leadership style grounded in listening, learning, adaptability, and appreciation for staff.
• Gain a clearer vision for future career steps through discovery, development, and real-world experience.
