About The Position

Responsible for all documentation of Association Architectural Control Committee (ACC) – inspections as necessary – understands regulations and rules as provided by Board and GM. Assist Homeowner's with questions related to ACC Application. Updated and maintain KWPM systems with applications and approvals as they relate to ACC. Primary contact for ACC related questions. This position interacts with the ACC on the basis as created by such committee and ACC Board Liaison.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a related position.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work well with others.

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with computers and software used in an office environment.
