About The Position

The ACC Analyst assists with the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, stays informed about AMOS improvements and issues, serves as the first point of contact for end-users, and performs analytical functions related to AMOS systems. The role also assists with AMOS-related projects as needed.

Requirements

Be well versed with AMOS and have knowledge of Kalitta Air business processes.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have airline experience or knowledge; 121/145 experience is preferred.
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
Be able to work independently and complete duties within the parameters of instructions given.
Have excellent organizational skills.
Understand system software functionality.
Have experience working in the AMOS software system.
Be able to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.

Nice To Haves

Airline experience or knowledge, preferably 121/145.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for end-users in the assigned specialty area.
Apply analytical methods to troubleshoot issues related to AMOS.
Assist with creating and maintaining SOPs for the area of specialty.
Stay informed about improvements and issues related to AMOS software.
Assist with patch and version testing progression.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside AMOS Business Leads and Key Users.
Coordinate with IT regarding AMOS-related errors or issues requiring IT intervention.
Assist with data monitoring and auditing.
Travel when required for AMOS-related trainings, conferences, and workshops.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
