This role focuses on developing treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging, supervising and mentoring RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care, collaborating with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth, and delivering evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs

Benefits

  • Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $119,000 annually
