Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Experience in developing treatment plans

Benefits

  • Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually
  • Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees
