The Academy Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the planning and execution of Academy communications and promotional efforts, including outreach to students, families, and prospective participants. This role coordinates marketing initiatives and content in partnership with the Advancement team, while also managing communication processes related to student evaluations, audition activity, and key program updates. The Coordinator plays a central role in supporting Academy performances and events, including front-of-house logistics and ticketing coordination, and contributes to day-to-day Academy operations as needed. This position works closely with Academy staff, faculty, and cross-departmental partners, and is expected to be present for Academy performances, auditions, and other events throughout the year.
