About The Position

The Academy Lower Office Assistant is responsible to provide clerical support to kindergarten and elementary principals, assist with the yearly PCA fundraiser, cover office desks as needed, and manage office inventory for Pensacola Christian Academy. Ideal candidates must be born-again Christians and must be dedicated to training young people for serving God; and must desire to educate students based on biblical values and be committed to excellence as a Christian educator who glorifies Christ as the source of all wisdom and knowledge. Responsibilities

  • Provide Clerical Support: Complete routine office tasks for the kindergarten and elementary principals. Organize, file, type memos, maintain ticklers, and work on projects as assigned.
  • Cover Office Desks: In the absence of another office worker, cross train and assist in covering the PCA Info Desk, Enrollments, Payments, and Upper Office desks to ensure adequate service.
  • Assist the Fundraiser Coordinator: Assist with fundraiser memos, spreadsheets, phone calls, problem solving. Coordinate daily operations and communications for the fundraiser.
  • Maintain and Organize Inventory: Order and stock office supplies, first aid supplies, and paper. Ensure that all forms used at the Academy are up to date.
