The Academy Director (or Coordinator) at Farrington High School oversees the school's "wall-to-wall" career academies, leading the curriculum design, industry partnerships, and academic structures that prepare students for college and specific career pathways. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Must have a valid Hawaii teaching license or Emergency Hire Permit upon hire
Must enroll in a Teacher's Education Program within 3 years of hire if hired without completing one
Must satisfactorily demonstrate active pursuit towards meeting Hawaii licensing requirements each year of employment
Must ensure the enrolled program is aligned with the teaching line hired in
