About The Position

KidStrong is looking for amazing Academy coaches to work with children aged 4-11. Our 'Academy' sessions are held on weekdays when schools are not in session, such as winter break, spring break, summer break, and some holidays, from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. This role is ideal for individuals seeking seasonal work, like teachers or college students. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on Brain, Physical, and Character Development for ages walking through 11, utilizing a science-based curriculum taught by professionals.

Requirements

• Experience working with students within the KidStrong age range (4 years- 11 years old).
• Able and willing to work in a fun, fast paced environment.
• Experience talking to and educating parents.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified (we can provide resources to point you in the right direction).
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
