The Academic & Workforce Program Manager will oversee TIE’s academic and workforce initiatives and, if awarded, will serve as the operational lead for the National Network for Microelectronics Education Regional Node, supporting multi-state coordination, subawards, and reporting. The role also contributes to business development, budget forecasting, and revenue strategies essential to TIE’s long-term workforce sustainability.
