(RHA) is currently hiring for the following position: Program Manager - Workforce Training Full-time, exempt RHA is looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for SDREN Workforce Training and Capacity Building Program goal attainment. Responsibilities include developing collaborative programs with employers, training partners, job seekers, and upskilling employees; managing daily operations; fostering relationships; recruiting job-seeking participants from disadvantaged communities; and ensuring timely support for all stakeholders. Additional tasks involve budgeting, workplan updates, cost and progress tracking, organizing and facilitating meetings, building and managing contact database sets, audience research, and program partner support. The role requires a strong commitment to underserved communities and accountability for meeting contract deliverables, program KPIs, budget targets, and reporting requirements.
