In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, executing, and governing workforce planning processes and tools. This is a remarkable opportunity to leverage your extensive experience to build a comprehensive workforce planning framework from the ground up. As the enterprise lead for strategic workforce planning, you will drive proactive, data-informed workforce strategies through strong cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will partner with peers across the HealthPartners Institute and Recruitment to identify and secure funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and external partnerships, to support and expand workforce development initiatives.
