About The Position

UMass Memorial Medical Group is seeking a full-time General Urologic Surgeon to join their growing team at UMass Memorial Health – HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital in Leominster, MA. This role offers an opportunity to practice in a collaborative, supportive environment, delivering high-quality urologic care to a diverse patient population. As part of a multidisciplinary, academically aligned team, the surgeon will have the chance to impact the community's health and well-being, with flexibility to engage in both community-based practice and academic initiatives. The position involves a blend of clinical practice at a community hospital and the UMass Memorial University Campus, featuring a high-volume, academically oriented surgical practice with a strong referral base, access to advanced technology, and multidisciplinary support. There are also opportunities to participate in clinical, translational, and quality-focused research.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or Board-Eligible
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
