About The Position

The Academic Technology Specialist collaborates with various academic divisions, instructional administration, IT, the Faculty Resource Center, Learning Support Services, Career and Workforce Education (CWE), the registrar’s office, and vendors. This role involves consulting with faculty and administrative staff on catalog revisions and scheduling, ensuring consistent application of college policies related to course scheduling, catalog content, and credentialing. The specialist will also assist with deadline communication, workflow guidance, and best practices in catalog and scheduling processes. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Responsibilities
