About The Position

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) is seeking an Academic Relationships Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between community nursing programs and TMH. This role focuses on fostering strong partnerships, ensuring positive experiences for nursing students, faculty, and clinical groups, and identifying/addressing barriers to success. The advisor will also support nursing candidate recruitment and hiring, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.

Requirements

• Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.
