About The Position
The Academic Program Manager (Hourly) supports the planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs, initiatives, and student support services. This role works collaboratively with faculty, administrators, students, and external partners to ensure efficient program operations and a positive educational experience. The position may oversee scheduling, program logistics, reporting, compliance, communications, and special projects in support of institutional goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in education, business administration, public administration, or a related field).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic administration, program coordination, higher education, or related administrative support role.
- Knowledge of academic policies, accreditation processes, or student services.

Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with faculty, students, or academic programs strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supports the coordination and daily operations of academic programs, including scheduling, communications, and program logistics.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, students, and administrative partners regarding program-related activities and inquiries.
- Collects, organizes, and maintains program data, tracking key metrics to support reporting, accreditation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Supports execution of academic events and initiatives such as orientations, workshops, meetings, and special academic programming.
