About The Position

The Academic Planning and Resources Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery of teaching and workforce planning within the Faculty. Working as part of the Academic Planning and Resources team, you will coordinate academic workload allocation and resourcing, provide advice on workload policies and procedures, analyse workforce data, and support strategic planning to ensure teaching activities are appropriately staffed and resourced. You will also coordinate sessional academic appointments, offshore teaching arrangements, conference funding and travel processes, and mandatory compliance activities. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to manage a range of administrative and planning functions while contributing to a safe and compliant working environment.
