Academic Interventionist (Focus Literacy and Math)
About The Position
Provide supplemental literacy and mathematics interventions for students identified through academic data and progress monitoring. Deliver targeted small-group and individualized instruction based on student needs. Support multilingual learners and other identified student groups through evidence-based intervention practices. Collaborate with classroom teachers to align interventions with grade-level standards and classroom instruction. Monitor student progress and use data to adjust intervention plans and instructional strategies. Assist with identifying students in need of academic support through ongoing analysis of assessment and performance data. Support implementation of the school's RTI system. Provide instructional coaching and collaboration related to intervention strategies, differentiation, and student support. Assist with developing and implementing intervention plans designed to accelerate student growth in literacy and mathematics.
